Mandarake was established in 1987 as a pre-owned comic dealer in Nakano Broadway buiding.
Now it is the biggest and busiest manga and anime place in the world.
We have visitors from US, EUROPE and ASIA.
Inside of Broadway Mall, Mandarake currently has 16 different stores separated as a kind of items selling.

What is the attraction of NAKANO BRODWAY.
The Japan of 40 years ago and the Japan of now, coexist here.
Nakano Broadway was built over 40 years ago. Some signs in front of the restaurants show the history of NAKANO BRODWAY. While on the other hand you can experience aspects of the newer subculture, such as the Maid Coffee shops, where girls serve coffee while dressed in maid costumes. The old and the young, foreigners and visitors alike, everyone can find something to enjoy here.
